The City of Malvern Animal Control is seeking a part-time Animal Control Officer to join our team in supporting the well-being of our furry friends! This position will work weekends and holidays, for up to 25 hours per week, with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the animal shelter, feeding, and caring for dogs and cats, and supervising "Meet and Greets" between animals and potential adopters. Some on-call work will be necessary. Experience handling animals or animal control is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
Qualified applicants must be at least 18 years old, able to pass a drug test and physical examination, and have reliable transportation to and from work.
